With references to the above matter ,
The said printer was sent for repair and to be check and inform a quotation will be sent in 3 working days
However till to date 27 July 2010 no action was taken on that matter neither received any quote,
For the matter Initial deposit Collected RM 30.00 in which a must for the item to be received for diagnose.
Call made 0n this date 11.15 am and answer given we will sent the quotation later the same answer given on 23 July 2010 Miss June
i have anticipate this
Kindly Advise me on this inefficient service when I made enquires earlier to sent to your service centre in SERVICE CENTRE

However i emailing this matter for is for sure unhappy customer on the line
My guess is get a HP printer and just forget about this
